Firstly, in that moment when Dent picked Pod up by his shirt collar and threatened 2 put him in the chair instead, I would hope Ash would realize that at this point their actions rn’t just mere cowardice & that they r in serious danger right now just like he is. Also, I would like 2 know where the Hell Pod & Corn’s pokemon went. They can clearly c that at this point Ash, & even more significantly their owners, r actually in real danger, so why the f r they not ganging up on Dent’s pokemon so they can take it out & protect their owners from him? I mean I get them not jumping in 2 help Pikachu initially since they might have been unsure how 2 react in that moment, but at this point wtf r they f ing doing?!
